Job Description

This position serves as the primary point of contact for our Green Grass accounts, and responsible for creating and developing long-term relationships. This position will also play a critical role in coordinating with internal teams to ensure accounts receive seamless service. There is significant travel associated with this role, estimated to be 75% of the time. 


  • Promote and protect the PXG brand across all platforms in the designated territory
  • Maintain strong account relationships and provide high standard of service to assigned accounts within a defined territory
  • Focus on understanding accounts needs, challenges and preferences to assist in increased brand recognition and sales generation
  • Provide product updates, new product launch information, staff training and education programs, and assist with efficient issue resolution
  • Serve as the link to other PXG teams, and foster a strong internal communication process
  • Resolve issues/obstacles in a timely and seamless manner while ensuring a high level of account satisfaction
  • Forecast and track key account metrics
  • Maintain strong product knowledge
  • Complete other duties as assigned

 Experience and Education Required:

  • Golf industry experience
  • BA/BS degree

 Skills Required:

  • Proven track record of strong relationship building and sales acumen while providing a high level of service to new and existing accounts
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the desire to build trusting relationships
  • Strong organizational and collaboration skills – “one team, one dream” approach
  • Self-starter, with the passion to drive the relationship and sales process
  • Ability to successfully work independently and as part of a remote team
  • Proficient in MS Office and CRM/sales database experience
  • Demonstrate a high level of confidentiality, honesty and integrity in all situations


  • Ability to travel 75% of the time
  • Must possess a valid driver license and a clean driving record
