Job Description

This position is responsible for assisting the regional master fitters with club fitting appointments and partnering with PXG Sales and Evangelists teams within a defined territory.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with fitting appointments and provide a positive and satisfying custom club fitting experience for all PXG customers
  • Ensure each customer receives exceptional service by responding to requests in a timely manner  
  • Work with the regional master fitter in tracking customer orders, and following up on order status to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Work with the Sales and Evangelist teams to establish strong relationships 
  • Assist in the sales process by promoting PXG in order to increase revenue/profitability and achieve the region’s monthly, quarterly and annual sales goals
  • Maintain strong communications/relationships with manager, and with company headquarters as applicable
  • Maintain superior product knowledge
  • Perform other related duties as required

Experience and Education:

  • Prior club fitting experience in a golf retail sales and customer service environment desirable
  • Previous sales experience or experience in a retail selling environment preferred

Skills Needed:

  • Familiarity with the club fitting process in conjunction with providing a high level of customer service
  • Exhibit a professional, positive and "can-do" approach in all situations 
  • Ability to successfully work independently and as part of a remote team
  • Enthusiastic team player, self-starter without the need for continual direction
  • Ability to travel 25-50% of the time, with some overnight trips possible
  • Excellent written and verbal communications
  • Proficient in MS Office and CRM/sales database experience helpful

  • Must possess a valid US driver license and a clean driving record.
  • Ability to lift a maximum of 30lbs
