Job Description

The Director of Retail Execution will lead the retail strategy and enable PXG to open and operate retail boutiques that deliver an exceptional customer experience. Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for opening new boutiques and maintaining all existing ones
  • Provide leadership, training and Guidance to Store Managers
  • Ensure all aspects of store align with corporate goals, branding, and ethics
  • Provide training to all in store new hires on all aspects of retail execution
  • Key functions include creating and executing customer accrual strategy for the purpose of increasing sales via hard goods, apparel, and all other items sold by PXG
  • Ensure merchandising techniques are followed according to the Merchandising Standard Manual to be consistent in all boutiques
  • Outwardly promote PXG brand to businesses for corporate events, direct to consumer, and green grass accounts to drive traffic to boutiques
  • Execute promotional campaigns for events, promotions, and contest at all retail locations
  • Identify, train, and develop “Best in Class” retail sales organization
  • Other duties as assigned

Experience and Education Required: 

  • 7+ years’ experience in retail execution and operations
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Proven history of leading high-performing retail teams in luxury brand marketplace
  • Track record of consistently exceeding sales and operational goals
  • Extensive background in retail merchandising and operations
  • Results driven, entrepreneurial-minded, adaptable leader with proven track record of successfully introducing, implementing, and executing retail business plan

  • Creative, with an understanding of marketing concepts
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office products 

Working Conditions:

This role is based in Scottsdale, Arizona. Must be able to sit, stand or walk for long periods.  Travel is expected 50% of the time to various retail locations.
