Job Description


This position is responsible for providing accurate forecasting, trend analysis, and management reporting for the component piece assembly related to club building. The position is also responsible for maintaining appropriate product and material inventory levels to eliminate out-of-stock situations.  The ideal candidate will have solid leadership skills to oversee teams in multiple (local) locations within a highly collaborative and communicative team environment. 


  • Forecasts and analyzes trends and provides management reporting on the current matrix of shafts, grips, and associated components
  • Prepares and maintains records of merchandise shipped and received for accurate forecasting purposes
  • Maintains inventory of products, materials, parts and supplies for multiple facilities
  • Reviews customer orders, examines, stocks and distributes merchandise, products and materials in inventory
  • Places orders, re-orders and special orders with specific vendors as well as prepares and dispatches purchase orders
  • Prepares credit memos and submits applicable documentation to the Accounting Team on a weekly basis
  • Responds to department inquiries and information requests regarding vendors, products, deliveries, etc.
  • Builds and maintains strong vendor relationships
  • Provides timely updates to Director and Operations Managers, and proactively communicates any unforeseen product, inventory, and/or materials issues
  • Oversees team members in multiples facilities, delegates tasks as needed to ensure efficiencies, and provides regular updates to ensure overall team success; reinforces an environment that fosters collaboration, team work and communication
  • Perform other related duties as required

 Experience and Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting and/or business or equivalent experience; MBA highly desirable
  • 2+ years supervisory experience preferably in a manufacturing/operations environment
  • 5+ previous experience providing forecasting and trend analysis in a consumer products and/or manufacturing environment
  • Golf industry experience preferred but not required
