Job Description

This position is responsible for sales support of retailer and distributor accounts globally.  The ideal candidate will proactively manage the account order process and provide subject matter expertise on PXG’s products, marketing information and pricing details in a highly collaborative and communicative team environment.  Given time zone differences, there may be occasional work from home after business hours to accommodate our global customer base.


  • Manage retailer and distributor order-entry activity, and provide timely updates to properly manage account expectations
  • Liaison with the Operations team to ensure customer orders are moving through necessary channels, and in a timely manner (with lead-times set-forth)
  • Facilitate and organize new retailer prospects, and generate recommendations to the Sales team
  • Proactively manage retailer and distributor invoicing, payments and providing account statements (on a weekly basis)
  • Generate sales reports via CRM, and analyze data to identify trends, and provide recommendations for increased sales within accounts that need additional attention
  • Provide pricing updates, product changes and marketing information to retailers and distributors
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with accounts
  • Provide subject matter expertise for all product specifications, building process, etc.
  • Perform other related duties as needed

Experience and Education:

  • BA/BS degree in Business, Marketing and/or Communications
  • Previous inside sales experience, supporting a global customer base, highly preferred
  • Ability to speak multiple languages, such as Korean, Japanese, Mandarin, Spanish, highly desirable
  • Golf industry experience preferred

 Skills Required:

  • Proven track record of providing exceptional customer service in conjunction with a solid understanding of the sales process from start to finish
  • Strong attention to detail, and ability to successfully prioritize and manage time in a highly focused and changing environment
  • Demonstrated self-starter, and comfortable working in fast paced environment
  • Strong relationship, communication and collaboration skills to effectively partner with internal and external teams (Marketing, Operations, Finance, etc.)
  • Possess a high level of self-motivation, accountability, use of sound judgement and willingness to do what it takes to get the job done
  • Demonstrated confidentiality, honesty, and integrity in all situations
  • Good working knowledge of MS Office; CRM system knowledge required
  • Flexibility to occasionally work from home after business hours to accommodate our global customer base
